Today i went with my football referee friends, all NAPSI members, to a restaurant.
We ate seafood rice and the restaurant name was "AMOROSO" in Vale Figueira.

I went to the city center by metro to walk a bit, and i bought some gifts.

I woke up at 11.30am, i had lunch, and after i returned to Lisbon.
At night i went to my sister´s house to give the christmas gifts!
Everyone liked the gifts, and so do i.
I played with my nephew and luna.

Today i woke up at 6.30am to go to the south of Portugal, "Sapos" is the name of the place, to spent my christmas eve with my aunt, grandmother,
I arrived at 11am.
Its a beautiful place to spent our vacations.
My aunt made some christmas cakes and desserts for us.
Our christmas dinner started at 8pm with the famous "bacalhau" codfish with potatoes and sprouts.
At mid-nigth we received and gave the presents, and after we eat a lot of sweets and cake.

Today i went to my summer house near Lisbon, about 30 km calls Sesimbra.
Its a very beautiful place to spent my summer vacations!!!
At night i went to my Referee Club and i stayed with my friends.

Today i went to the shopping center with my father, mother and brother, we lunch together and we bougth the lasts christmas presents.
At night i saw the football match, Benfica against Porto, and my team wons 1-0!!!

I Woke up at 10am in my room, and i went to the shoping with my brother, because i needed to buy some gifts.
I´v seen my nephew, he is so big and beautiful.

Today i left Kaposvar at 7.30am in the train to go to Budapest and catch my plane to Portugal.
I made first the flight to frankfurt and then to Lisbon.
I spent 16 hours in this trip,
I arrived to Lisbon airport at 11.25pm, ufffffffff!!!, and my family was waiting for me.

I stayed in the hostel all morning and in the afternoon i went to the shoping tu buy some presents for Christmas.
Today started to snow in Kaposvar.
We received some christmas gifts and ate some cake made by Yally.

Today i woke up at 12pm and i started to make the desserts for the christmas dinner. I made puding, and sweet rice.
Nearly 5.30pm i started to make the chicken with mushrooms and wiping cream with potatoes, ramy made the rice.
The girls liked the dinner, was so fun, with music,jokes, everything.
After the dinner ramy and me washed the dishes and we went to retro until 4am.

Today, in the morning i went to the supermarket to buy the food and drinks for the christmas dinner.
At 2pm i started my portuguese lesson, were i taught some important portuguese verbs, words to Nóra and Peter.

I caught the Train to return at 7.30am in Prague.
I found in the same train, same carriage, one portuguese girl who study in Budapest, and my first question was: Where are you from? and she said to me: from Portugal!!,and i start to laugh, because its amazing this situation.
I arrived to Kaposvar at 7pm

We walked around the city, took many pictures, drunk hot wine, ate sausages, and was a fantastic day.

Today did not have time to rest. I woke up at 4:30 am to go to Budapest and take the train to Prague.
We caught the train at 6am towards budapest.
We have come to Budapest, and I went over to Irina take the train to Prague, as it was ramy by Budapest as would buy a computer.
It was a very nice trip and relaxed.
We came to Prague at about 4.30pm, and then we caught the subway into the hostel.
The hostel had good conditions, and I was in the room with a man of 66 years and retired professor of English.
We packed up our things and went to dinner with some friends of Irina.
After dinner we stroll through the magnificent city of Prague.

Today was the day of the big dance competition. We have the Sports hall at 8.30am for the dress rehearsal.
When it came our turn, we have shown some nervousness but went well.
Then we went to Kosgaz to train some more.
We went to lunch at the home of Claudia, where his mother prepared us a delicious lunch.
At 3pm we arrived at the Sports hall, and at 4pm the competition began in a pavilion packed with nearly 5000 people to attend.
This is our time, and was a fantastic experience, we did our best.
It was certainly a day that I'm not so quickly forget

We went to the Gepesz school we we attend two difereny classes and we make some english games.
At 3pm we played with Balint Card games and english games.

I´v been in the Muncachi school for the French lesson at 12.40pm, and after i go back to compass were i start to teach french to Kira.
Later i went to Nagyberki fot the last training before the competition.

Today was the day of the first performance of tango.
We started with a workout in Kozgaz part of the morning.
At 3pm we had in Muncachi school performance, and it was quite exciting, and moving to the next stage.
At night we went to the cinema to see the New Moon.

We went to the Kapogyarmat Inas invitation for brunch.
Everything was fine, and after brunch we went for a walk through the mountainside.
It was a wonderful day.

Today was a Saturday unlike any other we have raised very early to go to Budapest for a conference organized by UNICEF.
We were about 16 people from Kaposvar between students and us volunteers.
We have come to Budapest and we headed to the building where realized this conference.
We participated in several workshops in which the theme was children and their activities in their cities and how to overcome these problems.
We had a magnificent concert, we played games, had fun enough.
It was a wonderful day.

I liked so much and they too.

We went to Pécs to attend a EVS Club.

Today for the first time I attended a French class at school muncachi at the invitation of Professor silvia, where can I improve my French.
In this class met all my future students of Portuguese, Peter and Nora.
In the afternoon we had the kids lessons.

In the afternoon we had in the Gepesz School from 9am to 2pm, and participated in 5 different classes of English.
At 6pm we had classes in American culture with Inas.

We went to school Kadarkut, with joseph, the english teacher, where I gave an interview and was placed on the web site of the school.

In the afternoon we had lesson with balint, and after we met with Andy to talk about the schedual for this month.

Another day we raised earlier, or more properly, 6.30pm, this time again to go to university where seeing a class markting and communication with Professor Akos Varga.
After class, Akos showed us the university and several teachers who were working at the university.
We spoke with the vice president of the university and proved to be a very nice person.
We go shopping, but not bought anything.
We return to the office and talked to a girl you want to do evs and so gave him all the necessary information
Then we went to our tango lesson.

Our day started early, we get up at 6.30am and went in the direction to gepesz school, where since the 8.am we had four different teachers in classes 5.
Eve Szuz, Joseph, Eugene.
We talked of our experience and work here in the organization.
Today it snowed for the first time here in Kaposvar.
At 3pm we went to the tango lessons, and then went to class in American culture and where we spoke of slaves in america.

It was a certainly a different day, but also spectacular

Today we had the 2nd tango's lesson and we were preparing the choreography for the performance in November 26.
In the afternoon we had to clean the office and prepare the board with our photos.
At 6pm we had american culture class in the university,where we talked about the history of indians in America.

Today, Romy and I had our first tango lesson.
The group was fantastic.
The teacher name is Katinka, and then we have: Tandy, Renny, Cláudia, Cristy, Petra.
In first Lesson we learned the basic steps of tango.
In the afternoon we had the kids Lesson with Petey, Lilla, Réka, Panna.

Today we went to the swimming pool of termal waters at the invitation of Inas and Lilla.
The place was very beautiful.
We were there about three hours, where we have enjoyed this beatiful place.
Then we went into the vilage of Inas, Kaposgyermat,where we spent a great afternoon in his company and is wife Valerie.

I was helping Dora get to the office to receive the afternoon a conference on young people.
Today was a day of English class with Balint, where we showed him a TV series in English, and we talked about it.
Finally we presented ourselves to people who were in the conference and interact a little with them.

9.00am, we were ready to start another exibition in a school, but this time only to organizations.
Once again we have information on the compass, its programs and activities, we know the other organizations.
4:30 pm we had the kids club, where we showed a video, play on words in English.
These children we teach have a huge desire to learn.

Today we had scheduled another demonstration in a school where we talked about the Compass, its programs, we reported our experiences as volunteers.
Then I, Irina and Ramy we were in an English class where we talked about mainly about Evs, and interact with students.

Today was the 2nd day of exibition, the weakest in terms of people present, but also rewarding in terms of knowledge acquire and demonstrated.

Today we woke up at 7.00am to 8.00am ace being a school for an exibition.
Each school and organization had its stand clear that the Compass was the best.
We distribute information about Compass, their language classes, its various programs, and sought to know the other stands.
It was crowded, there was lots of fun, music and joy.

After a day quite stressful as the previous one, we were up later.
At about 3.00pm we had class with Balint, where we showed videos of Portugal, Spain, Armenia and Egypt, and then we talked about the same.

OCTOBER 14 - BUDAPEST DAY

Today I got up at 4:30 am because we were to go to Parliament in Budapest.
It was freezing cold on the street.
We went in the direction to the train station of Kaposvar where we waited for the train to run to Budapest.
I was to coordinate with the Ergy, the group's school of agriculture, and his teacher András.
It was a tightly-behaved and friendly.
During the trip I was taking some photos, and quickly arrived to Budapest.
It was about 9:15 am when we arrived, and we headed to the underground where we stopped first at a shopping mall to eat and then to parliament.
Were 3 degrees, we had to wait about half an hour so we can get.
I could see the beauty of the building, both from within and from outside.
We are all sitting of parliament will in which they discussed the problems of youth, some solutions to overcome these problems, and policy interventions, students and members of youth organizations.
The session lasted about 4 hours, and our group had to leave before because we had to catch a train towards Kaposvar.
We left the station Budapest at 5:05 pm and arrived at Kaposvar ace 8.10pm.
It was a wonderful day.

Today we had all day to prepare our presentations about our countries for the class of American culture.
Then we met with Andy and talk about the visit to Budapest.
At 18 o'clock we went to class in American culture where we discuss various issues, including the conflict in Turkey and Armenia.

Today we were up very early, were 6.am, since we had to go to school in Kaderkut the invitation of Joseph, an English teacher.
We had four classes, where we talked about on the Compass and teaching English to a class.
It was a morning well spent in interacting extensively with children.
We finished the morning with a lunch at school which I loved.
Joseph took us back to Kaposvar around 2.pm.
We had to 4.30pm, we had the kids club, where we showed some videos of Portugal and Egypt, and some educational cartoons for Petey.

Today we saw a Basketball game at the invitation of Inas between the team and Kaposvar- Salgotarjan.
The game was very closely fought until the first half but the 2nd time the home team failed hypotheses and won 98-75.
I enjoyed seeing since I am a born sportsman and love seeing all kinds of sports.
At the end of the match came back to the hostel and went to see the game Portugal-Hungary qualified for the world championship, which Portugal won 3-0.

Today was the day of our first presentation at a school.
By noon we were in school Muncachi in Kaposvar, to talk about the Compass and evs to a school class.
Andy said the first words, and made a brief presentation on the compass, then each volunteer spoke about you and evs.
Then showed a video about the evs and collect the final signatures and information to the students.
In the afternoon we had another conversation in English with Viktor, who this time brought his girlfriend Gloria.
We talked about various subjects, etc..
Then we met with Andy and Inas to talk about the day of thanksgiving.
We went to a Chinese restaurant with Inas, and once again proved to be an excellent person.

Today we had English class with a very intelligent boy called Balint, who is 15 and enjoys playing cards.
We played with him several card games, and he told us a little about yourself.
Then we had a meeting in which we prepared from going to school Muncachi to do a presentation about Compass.

I got up at 9am, I had to study a little English and seek information to give students of English.
the 1.pm had the first class of English as a teacher, a girl named Hagy of Slovakia and ergy working with us here at Compass.
It was quite difficult, because we did not know for sure what level of English Hagy, lost some time, but there can understand.
In relation to Ergy, we left for Miklos, because it not a word of English
At 4:30 pm we had the new kids club but with different children.
Máté, Panna, Alex, Roland were their names.
We play games in English and energizers.

In the morning we had a meeting with Aron and Dora, who will inform us about activities that were planned for this month.
I've been on the Internet to research a few words in Hungarian.
At 18 o'clock we went to the university to have our first class of American culture with Inas, retired teacher who was born in Guam, and in Hungary will be almost 13 years.
In order to improve my English and my culture there is no better person.
Our classmates, are the Kenéz and another girl which I do not remember the name
At the end of class we went to a bar called Istambul to drink a beer.

Today was our 1st day of work.
In the morning we had to find some information on the Internet, we cleaned the office, we had our first lesson in Hungarian with our teacher called Miklos
Then we had another conversation in English with Viktor, and we talked a little more about you.
At 16:30 we start with the Kids Club, where we presented to the children.
In this class we have, the Lilla, Ricca, Boggy, Gaby; Orsy, Petey.
We have English games, puzzles, and drawings.
To finish our day we all went to the supermarket

We took the weekend to see the city, relax and at night went to a party at Retro Palace.

On the 2nd day i woke up about 11am, and were introduced to the vice president of Compass, Andrea katona, and we talked about the organization, programs and has given us our pocket money and money supply for this month.
In the afternoon we had English class with Viktor, who works as a pizza delivery in Kaposvar.
We talked a little of everything.
However kira he joined the conversation in which we learn a little more about it.
By late afternoon, me, Ramy and Isa went to meet some more of the city.
To end the night we had our first party here in Kaposvar which lasted until 5 o'clock in the morning the next day.

I Left Lisbon ace 8h35m in Iberia plane towards Madrid,
where did the scale, then on to Budapest, ás 14h20m.
The flight took 3 hours, and will arrive in Budapest was waiting for me a member of Compass, Istvan, and volunteer Ramy Egypt.
Follow after taxi to the Train Station Keleti Pu where we would take the train towards Kaposvar.
Istvan gave us some cakes to eat during the trip.
We picked up some rain on the way, but nothing alarming.
We had to change trains in Dombóvar, then move on to Kaposvar.
It was after 22h40m, when we reached the station Kaposvar.
We had waiting for us, Àron, Dora, Kira, Isa, Gusti.
They helped us with our bags and we went on foot to our future home for a year.
I was very pleased with the conditions of work and accommodation.
Then we had a guided tour of the facilities, drink a glass of champagne and in the meantime we lie, because the day was too long.
